Can a paralegal work in Canada?

I want to live and work in Canada! What can you advise? Canada is my dream country, want to move and live ther?

  • My specialty is interpreting. I specialize in interpreting and translating. But its more than a year that I'm also working in NGO. I know that translators job is not an demanded one in Canada. So, maybe the NGO workers job can be considered as social work, and maybe I can work in Canada as a social worker? what do you think about this? will it work? Thank you very much for your answers beforehand :)

  • Answer:

The Canadian Government has a free online assessment tool to help with that. It's called the Come to Canada Wizard - http://www.cic.gc.ca/app/ctcvac/english/index?utm_source=short-url&utm_medium=short-url&utm_campaign=come-to-canada Personally, in a Multicultural nation like Canada I'm sure your skills would be of service. And in more ways than you might think. For example - http://www.toronto.ca/emerg/911.htm Good luck and best wishes for your success!
