Is there anyone who knows how to contact tech support?

Can anyone help me with how to contact Canadian Embassy in the Philippines specifically Email.?

I would like to ask someone in the embassy for out papers my family is in petition for permanent residence, we last receive a letter from the embassy last Aug.2011 and till now we don't receive any notifications. Anyone who knows how to contact their support officer or anyone who could help me.

Many things need to verified and they are processing many applicants waiting six months or more is not unusual. Good luck
