What does 'VIVIRA' mean in an address?
-
I've a friend from Canada who included 'VIVIRA' in the last line of his address. But I don't know how that's got to do with his postal address. =/ Does anyone know what that word mean?
-
Answer:
I think it is his postal code. Those I's are ones. Only places in BC start with V, so is it from BC? V1V 1R4 -- The main discrepancy would be that last character. Knowing it might be a number instead of a letter, is it possible it is a 4 or something else?

I think it does not have anything to do with the address or postal code. Postal codes in Canada are something like (e.g.) H1B 3L5 . Is your friend spanish speaker? This looks to me like a spanish word (vivir means to live).
