My Mother and I are to attend my Nephew's wedding there in Lethbridge on April 21st, Saturday.

I searched for Greyhound and it said that a one way ticket (I didn't know when you'll be returning so I just searched for Apr. 20, assuming you'll need a day before the 21st) and the prices are $144.30 for a Senior Adult with the Companion fare option. I assume it's double that ($288.60) for both ways, though it might depend on the day. There are five departures daily, and trips take 19 - 24 hours, most requiring a transfer in-between.
