Is Canada relative to the US or the UK? Well for one Canada has a longer life expectancy than both of those countries, along with lower crime, less obesity, cleaner cities, better education and health care according to the W.H.O ( World Health Organization) This is a loaded question and simply put to long to answer everything, what I suggest is reading up on Canada on Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada

Hassan, I would rather Canada or Australia, before I would even think of the UK or America. Yes you can have a debit card, and we have a number of phone carriers with different plans and card systems. If you would have phrased your question better, you would have better filling answers.
