How long Does it take for Snail Mail to get from Ontario to British Columbia?

I am waiting for my Birth Certificate to get here so I can go get my licence.. Its only a piece of paper so you'd think it shouldn't take that long but you never know, how long would you guys think? 5-6 business days, 2-6 weeks what!!!

Once it's in the mail, it will take maximum 4 business days. You'll need to find out the exact date that it is actually mailed.

I mailed a first class letter today from BC to Ontario and they said maybe 5 days or more. It's not supposed to take that long, the clerk said, but it seems to be doing so lately.
