No question, British Columbia is the best province and the Vancouver area has the best weather, despite our recent snowstorm. The good part is it won't last very long, coupla weeks maybe whereas in the Eastern provinces and the prairies it would be here for four months or longer.

Saskatoon, Sk is a pretty sweet city! the weather is alright you get used to it, the rent is low and taxes are gettin lower, its growing, the river is beautiful, the crime is like any city of this size but i never hear of it, its not to big and its not to small with a population of around 240,000, there are jobs everywhere you look, not to sure about the education but the the University is one of the best in the country, im not from here orginally im 19 and from southern Saskatchewan, and i didnt really care to much about the province of Saskatchewan until I moved to Saskatoon, theres always something going on, and the bars/clubs are almost always a good time, if your not into the bar sceen there so much more to do, like going to the beach, golfing, and more, theres just so much good to say about the place and all my friends agree that live here too. check out this site of Saskatoon if you want more info: http://www.saskatoon.ca/ Good LUCK! Weather in the prairies is awful--I know 'cause I'm living it. During the long, cold winters, I find a lot of Canadians look to British Columbia with envy... So I suppose I'd recommend BC. I hear it's very expensive to live on the islands, but there ought to be some nice cities on the mainland.

kitchener ontario is the worlds 5th fastest growing city...it has lots of developemnt (especially in the last 5 years) and housing is relatively cheap.. RIM (blackberry company) has helped put of alot jobs in the kitchener waterloo area and its only a 60-70 mins drive from downtown Toronto...in terms of weather, its the same as Michigan in the USA and safety in school is typicaly better in Canadian schools. There are not a lot of "ghettos" in Canada (few exceptions) because the Canadian goverments (provincial, federal, and municipal) have regualtions that ensure that expensive and non-expensive housing ratios are the same in every neighbourhood. So it ensures that higher-income families are not seperated from lower-income famalies...its diversity...and thats what Canada is all about, diversity and multi-culturism.
