On average, how much is rent in Central BC, Canada?

• I am thinking the Summerland, Penticton, Kelowna area. We are looking to find a 2 bedroom house/apartment. As well, do you know of any nice, underrated communities in BC to live in?

  Rentals in some areas of the Okanagan Valley tend to be quite high and for a 2 bedroom apartment in Kelowna, they would roughly start at $900. and go up from there. Okanagan Falls, Kaleden, Oliver, Osoyoos in the south, Lake Country (Winfield, Oyama, Carrs Landing & Okanagan Centre) just north of Kelowna and then Lumby, Cherryville, Armstrong & Enderby further north. If you're interested in the Okanagan Valley there is a really good forum that provides all sorts of information to people relocating to the valley.
