What is the best journalism school in Canada?

Career in journalism or teacher outlook 10 points!?

  • I am considering either becoming a elementary school teacher, or getting into journalism (print,reporter) what is the outlook for both jobs in Canada which would i find a job easier in?:

    Sugar, well in Journalism you have deadlines, and your only as good as your last story. Teaching does not have the same deadlines or restraints.

Neither. There are far too many qualified teachers chasing too few jobs. People just don't have kids like they used to. In Ontario there are more than 20 000 qualifed teachers UNemployed and probably carrying at least five years of student debt. B-degree + BEd. They used to just slink off and teach ESL in Japan or China but that market is drying up too. As for journalism, the internet is killing paid journalism. You did hope to be paid, right? The long-term jobs are in health care and related industries.
