  • Here in perth, our summers are hotter and our winters are colder than they have been in past year... is Vancouver looking this way to? I am coming to vancouver 1st of November and im wonderin if it is going to be a record cold winter and more snow than usual? seems to be the way the world is turning!! How cold is it usually during the day / nights in vancouver during winter?

    my daughter was in Perth for July 08 to Dec 08 she found it similar to Canadian weather. Last winter we had terrible snow that kept coming (usually it rains and turns it all to slush) then this past summer it was very hot and humid 3 weeks in June ( very usual it never gets very humid here and heat waves lats a week or less) I hope hope hope that it doesn't happen again. Anyway our snow usually happens in Jan or Feb and sometimes in Dec. last year it started on Dec. 12 and kept on coming until about Jan something with no warmer weather in between to melt the snow AHHHHH :(

From what I know of Vancouver is getting warmer and warmer. Long time ago the winters were regualr winters fulll of snow and cold days, but it isn't like that anymore. In november it might rain, days are warm and nights are cold.
