There are few hotels listed here with very good reviews, including the Comfort Inn http://www.booking.com/hotel/ca/comfort-inn-chilliwack.en.html?aid=315878;sid=5fd32f217a8d181e6a8213f67b72b198

I'm from Vancouver as well but have some family in Chilliwack. Recently me and my family stayed in Chilliwack for a few days. We ended up staying at the Vedder River Inn because my family didn't have enough room for us. We were very impressed with the quality of the rooms. The rooms we stayed in were brand new, very clean, had nice flat screen T.V's, a fridge, microwave, nice furniture, etc.... Also, I was really impressed with the quality of the beds. I usually have trouble sleeping in beds other then mine but these beds were really comfy. Anyways overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this inn if you have to stay somewhere in Chilliwack. Check it out at http://www.vedderriverinn.com/
There are a number of decent hotels in Chilliwack so you do have a selection available. Since you do not say where you are going to be in Chilliwack (downtown which is the north side of freeway, or Sardis/Vedder on the south side of freeway) I thought I would give you a couple of options. On the south side the Vedder River Inn was recently renovated and is quite nice. It is located in the Vedder Crossing area and about a 10 to 15 minute drive (sometimes longer) from downtown Chilliwack and about 5 to 7 minutes from the freeway. There is no restaurant or similar facility here although there are a number of fast food places nearby and a restaurant. In Chilliwack itself there is the Coast Chilliwack Hotel which was renovated last year and I have heard some nice things about the work done on the hotel. It is a full service hotel so you have the normal facilities including a pool, restaurant, lounge, etc. There are a number of different restaurants within walking distance. On the way into Chilliwack you will pass the Best Western which is accessed off the Lickman Road overpass. It is located in a more industrial area and there are a number of truck facilities near it so semi's are common. That being said it is a nice hotel with a decent restaurant and lounge, small pool, and other facilities. It is an older hotel but several of my friends have enjoyed their stay there. There is also a Comfort Inn located just off the freeway by the Cottonwood Mall (south side of freeway). It provides decent accommodation, nothing fancy, but there are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance and a mall next door.
