How to get .edu and .gov backlinks?

I think $1500 CAD/mnth for Homestay in Vancouver is crazy; how can t' edu. industry & t' gov get away w/ tis!

  • Sorry if i'm ignorant, but if my ~gossiping~ is correct, t' government REQUIRES all participants of t' ~Homestay Program~ to charge a minimum of $1500 CAD monthly to their international-student tenants. I think tat's just so, so high! Maybe tat's why i saw SOOOOO many Asians, partic~ South Koreans and Japanese, moving into Winnipeg a/b a year ago. I live in Vancouver now w/ my family friends as a uni drop-out, but wouldn't be able to if my landlord didn't give me a discounted-discounted rent. Why is Vancouver so expensive! It's so ridiculous! You can only save so much money by taking the bus you know!!!

    I know the average homestay fee is CAD$750/month in Vancouver, 1500 CAD/mnth is really crazy, it almost for 2 months. Usually the homestay host makes contract with schools.

I'm not sure what the question is, but a large part of the reason why Vancouver is so expensive is because so many people want to live there. That's why Vancouver is comparatively more expensive than, say, Winnipeg or Red Deer. If more people wanted to live in those places, the cost of living would go up there as well.
