Where can I apply for a caregiver job abroad?

Is this a fraud?- Caregiver job in Canada?

  • Hello everyone, I'm Samrat Johnathan Abdul I live in India and Ive acquired a diploma in care-giving, and I'm being offered a job in Canada as a caregiver by: JOHAR PREENA ASSOCIATES, i haven't met this person, I got his Business card from an agency, his card says he's from Canada, but his card doesn't look legitimate. it says: "Johar Preena-MBA, CEO" it doesn't say what his MBA qualifications are, e.g: MBA, Business accounting. And the card looks nothing like an international job scouts card. Please help...Ive searched the web but i couldn't find much information. Please provide links for information if you have any. **and also could you recommendd good caregiver agencies i could apply for. thanks.

This is a pdf file so you'll need adobe acrobat or another software program to open this file if you don't have it... ww2.unhabitat.org/wuf/2006/HSP_WUF_3_I… - I wouldn't travel from India to Canada unless I signed a contract and had PROOF that this company exists. Someone could be using this man's name to scam people....

MBA business cards in North America almost never cite a particular for what the MBA was granted for. But is there no address, tel;ephone number or fax number on the card? If so then you have cause to be skeptical. Did you check the name against Canadian names and addresses sites on the web?

It does say...an MBA is a Masters in Business Administration. I've never seen anyone put any concentration down on an academic credential unless it's noted on a resume. As to whether or not it's a scam...sorry, I don't know. But his credentials as listed on his card are correct for how we do it here.
