Requirements to get into UBC ?

  • I'm currently in grade 8 and I am planning to go to UBC after I graduate. What is required for me to surely get into UBC? I am in the honour roll. I got 7 A's and 1 B (PE). Do you also need to do service hours? Btw I am taking spanish as a language.

As education systems vary from country to country, specific admission requirements are established for each curricula. Admission averages are determined each year based on number of applicants, number of available seats, and averages of our applicants. Admission averages change from one year to the next. UBC seeks strong academic students and evaluates applicants mainly on their most recent academic performance (rather than interviews, essays, personal profiles, etc). If you consistently perform very well academically and meet our additional pre-requisites including excellent English communication skills, you are encouraged to apply.
