Would you rather live in Penticton BC or Armstrong BC?

Would you rather live in Beverly Hills, CA or Vancouver, BC?

• My friend decided to ask me a random question and I found it quite interesting. I currently live in Vancouver and I love it here! Please explain your reasons of your opinion and the pros and cons of both places.

  Being from Montreal, it kills me to say something nice about Vancouver, but I shall. It's a great and lovely city of stunning architecture with a remarkable panorama of unparalleled beauty, diverse in ethnicity, open-minded, highly educated, great nightlife and mulitcultural, has superb food of every kind, good weather year-round, and occasionally manages to mount a hockey team that does not embarrass other Canadians. One might call it a Montreal-West! (Perhaps I go too far there.) Beverly Hills, on the other hand, is pretty dull, has no decent colleges, not much nightlife, a culture of questionable quality with all the diversity of an Alabama trailor park, but certainly has better delis. The weather sucks in the summer, and even though close to the ocean, manages to have smoggy, toxic air all year. Its crime rate is scary. It hardly rates as a city because it is sans hockey.
