You are asking in the Vancouver, Canada room, not Vancouver, Wa. I have never heard of them.

This is just another one of the thousands and thousands of on-line agencies that offer immigration services to many, many countries. Sure, go ahead and read their information but - don't give them any money. Only the government immigration department in the country that you want to go to can issue a visa, and they usually don't cost much. Using an immigration adviser, such as these people are, will not advance your application nor make it any quicker. Look at your country of choice and decide where you want to go. Generally speaking, if you don't have any really salable skills, forget about going anywhere outside your own country these days. Canada, New Zealand and Australia will give preferred treatment to certain skills and they are clearly listed on their web-sites. Sorry for not being more helpful, but these are the cruel facts.

Just to give support to several of the previous answers. This looks rather suspicious as they are not found on any Vancouver WA recruitment agency website and the simple fact that they give a PO Box, which anyone can get, creates sufficient doubt in my mind about them. Avoid them.

The agency isn't in Canada - Vancouver, Washington, is in the US. It's a bit confusing because the two Vancouvers aren't that far apart.

Um, you really need to check your atlas. This category is for Vancouver, BC, Canada, not Vancouver Washington - they are two entirely different places, 300 miles apart.
