What country is the best to work in as a nurse?

If you are a practical nurse in Toronto Canada, can you go to a poor country to work, like Haiti, or Domini?

Not just dominican, or Haiti, could , but any countries.

that will be up to the country that you wish to move too. As you know there is a world wide shortage of nurses and it is only getting worse (BTW my partner started as an RPN and became an RN). There are always NGOs like Medciens San Frontiere (sorry about the spelling) and other aid organisations that are always looking for people you should try and contact them to see if they have any paid positions going begging.
