What are the qualifications for University of Toronto?

Is UTM (University of Toronto Mississauga) the same as University of Toronto?

    U of T is what they call a federated university. It started out as several different ones that came together. That was the beginning of the college system there. Every undergrad arts and science student is part of a college: Victoria, University, New, Innis, Trinity and St Michaels are downtown on the St. George campus. Scarborough College is in Eastern Scarberia, and is referred to UTSC these days. Erindale College is in Mississauga, now generally known as UTM. They are part of UofT. There isn't a lot of movement between UTM, UTSC and St George campus, but they are all part of one university.

It's just a different campus, UBC has that too, people act like it's different, but they're all the same degree in the end. You can still take courses at UofT St George and UofT Scarborough. Honestly people care not all that much about what university you graduated in (unless it's the top 3, no one cares about #33 or #45 of the world). There are 3 campuses, UT St George, UT Mississauga and UTSC. Most people go to UTSC for the Co-op or Joint programs or because their home is close by. Most people go to UTSG for the "university experience" (since it's the biggest) or for the challenge or cause it's downtown, and everything awesome is always downtown. I have no idea about UTM though...

My understanding is that UT has two campuses (or campii, if you wish), one in Toronto and onein Mississauga. Same as Simon Fraser University has several campuses in Vancouver - the main one on Burnaby Mountain, another in downtown Vancouver and a third in Surrey. But they're all part of the same university system.
