How much will a flight from Montreal to Ibiza cost?

Any suggestions on how to get from Toronto Airport (YYZ) to Montreal by land with 2 large bags?

  • I'm going to Montreal next using some a mileage program. I had to change dates at last minute and now there is no direct flight available. The closer I can get is Toronto. I can pay for a flight to Montreal but that would cost me $190 apart from the extra baggage fees (2 bags with 32 Kg each). I could rent a car but the drop off rates are insane at least for the date I'm arriving (CAN 200 at least). I think I could go by train but I would need some way to go to downtown Toronto. So far, the best option seem to be to take a bus from Coach Canada directly from the airport to Montreal. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

  • Answer:

You could take the airport shuttle directly from the airport to the Royal York Hotel (accross street from train station) for about $17. See http://torontoairportexpress.hudsonltd.net/. Alternatively, you could take public transit. Take the 192 Airport "Rocket" to Kipling subway station, and then the subway to Union Station. Total cost is $3. The train starts at about $70, and gets higher the closer you are to date of departure. A little bit more than Coach Canada, but I think it's worth it--much more comfortable than a bus!
