What is standard flat rate shipping?

Ebay Noob question about Standard Int'l Flat Rate Shipping?

  • Yeah so im trying to buy an epic stick and it says this http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/162/ebayquestion.jpg So it says Free shipping but it also says Standard Int'l Flat Rate Shipping As stupid as the question sounds but keep in mind im an ebay noob, the shipping is still free right? Cuz I live in Canada and it says Free Shipping but i'm a bit confused seeing as I know nothing about shipping either. Help?

    I think the Standard International Shipping is just the method it will be shipped to you by and you won't have to pay anything for it. You will know for sure when you get to the screen where you pay and it itemizes what everything is going to cost you. It should say $0.00 for shipping there.

It very clearly states free worldwide shipping. "Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service" is the service (ie USPS) the package will be mailed with.
