What are some nice camping areas in southern Ontario?

Good Camping for YOUNG ADULTS in Ontario, Canada?

  • Hey, me and my buddies like to go camping but the last time we were at a provincial park the rangers sort of gave us a problem righ toff the bat because we weren't really a fmaily unit. we are all between 21-25 years old, looking for a place where we can camp and party respectfully. we never litter or anything like that, or even make too much noise, but the constant hassle isnt worth going back to another provincial park. Anyone know of places in Ontario, Canada geared towards young adults for camping?

  • Answer:

HANDS DOWN. North Sauble Sands. This place is crazy. Not always open, but its open for longs weekends for sure. This is really the only camp ground I've ever heard of that is strictly geared towards a young crowd (im 21). No family would even dare go there. You can pretty much do whatever you want, as loud as you want, at whatever time you want. Its awsome....total sh*t show.

Friends and I have had really good times at Bass Lake in Orillia & Rondeau Park in Chatham. Have a great time!

I'm not a camper, I'm 16, I've been camping only twice in my life and hated it. But anyways lol There is a place called Sandbanks I was there once, I can't remember much but it's supose to be a real nice place to camp.

Wasaga? Sunshine Campground was all young adults when I was there a few years ago. Lots of fun! More about the social aspect opposed to roughing it though.
