What is the university in Toronto like NUY in new york, something with great marketing programms? and which ar?

  Marketing programs? George Brown, Centennial, Humber, Seneca have different programs of that sort. Those are colleges and offer certificates. The best thing to do is ensure that the college you're looking at is a public college as most private colleges in Canada are not particularly well-reputed and often not accredited (a lot of them are diploma mills). Public colleges are generally fairly well-reputed and there is not a huge difference between individual institutions reputation wise. The Universities (York, U of T, Ryerson) are more academic-focussed and though they do offer some level of education in that area, it's not their primary focus. "Associate degrees" (what I assume you were looking for but got censored) don't really exist in Canada - again, the term is usually used by fly-by-night unaccredited "colleges". You get your full bachelor's from a four-year university program or a certificate from a college, which is usually 1-3 years.
