How can I get a Job in a Canadian Bank/Call Center?

I am an Indian with over 8 years of experience in Customer Service and Banking,I am working in Sharjah UAE, for a Bank as their Call Center Supervisor,I am a graduate married to another graduate as well, No kids. I have been to Toronto for a training,in Feb 2004 and was there for 3 months on Business Visa.I do not want to apply for Migration rather I would like to get a confirmed Job before entering Canada.I am basically looking for a Person/Agency who can find me a Job Please advice.
