How to update a python package?

4 days and no package update?!?

  • Track History Date Time Location Description Retail Location Signatory Name 2011/09/03 01:18 International item has left the origin country and is en route to Canada 2011/09/03 01:16 International item processed in origin country 2011/09/02 13:49 International item mailed in origin country Its now 2011/9/7 and no update, Anyone know why? I ordered a package from Hungary to Canada EMS Any clue when it will arrive or why there is no update?

  • Answer:

Post offices are notoriously bad at updating. In the USA, it won't update between the time they accepted the package and 24 hrs after delivery. My UK friend told me she has the same problem. She sent me a birthday gift and I still haven't received it, and she still has no updates even though she sent it almost 2 weeks ago. I bought something from Thailand and there were no updates for almost 2 weeks, it just said the exact same thinng as you noted. 2 days after I signed for the package I'm refreshing the Thailand post website page with my tracking number and I get the same thing, no record of delivery!!! So no worries it'll get there in the assigned time. It's probably already in Canada and the post won't reflect it, just like with the aforementioned postal service. You're on royal mail and it sucks as bad as UK's or USA's.

Seven to ten working days - and there was a holiday in that period. So you'll have to extend that and give them up to two weeks.
