Who lives in the GTA of Toronto? What does "Green Tourism Association" actually mean to you?

Answer:
It is to promote walking tours and more Eco friendly tourists. I have worked in travel and tourism for 20 years all over the GTA. I cant see this being a big seller and it may hurt some industries such as cabbies. I have the lets wait and see attitude. As long as the DMF tax is not being used as the Green Tourism Association is marked as non profit. The DMF tax should be used for more wide spread Toronto tourism events and promotions. While things are better things have not returned to pre 9/11 and SARS levels.
