Is Air India good in travel?

Air canada launched daily flights from Toronto-Ottawa to Delhi(India) via Zurich? May I know which travel agen?

• May I know whether booking of round trip ticket through a canadian/indian travel agency is cheaper or the direct airlines i.e. canadian airlines with connecting flight of Swiss airlines? As I heard that booking through travel agency comes cheaper due to bulk bookings available with them. Is it true? If so, which travel agency in India/Canada gives round trip ticket cheaper than the fare offered by airlines?

  Any travel agent will be able to book the flight for you - it won't necessarily be cheaper because while the travel agents do get bulk discounts, you also pay them a fee for their services, so it usually works out about the same - but you are spared the inconvenience of making the bookings, arranging flights etc.
