What is the best television provider in Toronto for someone who likes sports and is on a budget?

  Well unfortunately you only have rogers to choose from in Toronto. Unless you want to go with a satellite company. With rogers to get the sport package you will need to rent or buy a digital box and add the package to the regular channels.
