What are the qualifications for University of Toronto?

Toronto Thieves are stealing eveythings, wallets at subway, bikes at University of Toronto, How we can stop?

• Toronto Police is not charging thieves, in fact there were several charges against Toronto Police for stealing poeples money and wallets that has shown in CBC Sunday Morning Show about two weeks ago...So when police is thief then really how we can protect our properties. One of the most harmful effect of THEFT is creation of Mental Anguish and Worries! Victims will lose self esteem for few days or few months, they get to negarive attitute and some kind of serious mental repeating actions: "I checked every where and I couldn't find my Wallet... may be ten times my pockets...where it can be?" t is hard to thing that a thief has trespass your diginty. Today at Toronto subway a gang of Toronto Thieves have stolen my wallet and now I have no money, no card to get to my home, no card to get to my work, no any other cards. All have been stolen. Of course I will NOT report to Toronto Police, because then they would come to my HOME, without notice, and God knows what would happen thereafter

  My experience with the Toronto police is that they are friendly and very honest if you got robbed on the ttc you may report to the TTC special constables, they protect the safety of the public I trust Toronto police, it is better to report than do nothing, and even if they come to your house that will be to help you Remember they are here "To serve and protect"
