UNLESS you are completely FLUENT IN FRENCH, your chances are POOR. Business in Quebec is conducted in French, it is the working language there. If you cannot READ SPEAK and WRITE FRENCH at a University level, you won't be employable there. By the way, Canada has Provinces not "states ". JIm B. toronto.
