What are those zip line carriage rides called that look like a ski lift moving across a set of waterfalls?

What are those zip line rides called that lift across waterfalls? I never travelled much in my life. As far as Quebec from Ontario. There are huge waterfalls and they have like a ski lift (carriage) that travels from the ground up a zip line that passes the falls and comes back. What would this ride be called or a proper way to mention this type of ride in a book instead of “riding carriages along a zipline around a set of waterfalls.” There was a ride similar to what I am asking about in the Spiderman movie and also on a Simpson episode when they held Homer for ransom. Someone help me? Thanks in advance! : )
