Anyone know good hotels to stay at in Niagara Falls NY Side?

I'm trying to plan a little weekend away but I can't figure out what hotel to stay in.. And we don't have passports so we can not go to the Canada side

I think the best three are the Seneca Niagara Casino hotel, which is located right above the casino, the Hampton Inn, and the Crowne Plaza. However, I would google map it and see what you can get closest to the falls. There really isn't much on the American side anymore :(
