Is shopping in Buffalo cheap?

Shopping in Buffalo and Niagara Falls?

I'm from Toronto, going shopping in Niagara Falls and Buffalo tomorrow. I specifically want to go to the David Bitton Buffalo Outlet Store; does anyone know where that is? Are there any other good places to shop (I'm 21 so something appropriate for my age). In addition, does anyone know how strict border control is these days? I need a TON of stuff. Thanks

I can only answer your border patrol question. They are very tough. If you have one tattoo, make sure it isn't seen by them or they will be strip-searching you AND your car. Im an american but travel to Canada over the Rainbow Bridge often from the BUF airport and seen a lot US border patrollers think they are just the **it.
