I need to know if there is an immigration office in Montreal Canada called " Ricelm recruitment & immigration ?

It is a SCAM. ONLY the Government of Canada can grant you a Immigration visa, AFTER you apply and qualify for acceptance here. READ this official Government of Canada immigration information website. Go here : http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLIsh/immigrate/skilled/assess/Education.asp Do not send any money or personal information to that company in Montreal. They cannot get you a visa. Jim b. Toronto.
