What are some places like montreal?

• Okay so, I'm graduating high school and I want to move to Canada. I love the idea, the look, the big size , and everything about montreal. I can't really explain what I mean by the idea of it. Like I love the classiness of it, and I love the way they speak french. If that makes any sense. haha It's just so classy ;p and the next best thing to france I guess. The only problem is that I can't speak french. I want to go to a university in canada, but I have to go to one that speaks English. So I just want to know what are some places like Montreal in Canada? Like maybe places that are close to Montreal, but speak English, and have Universities that speak English. Thanks :P

  They do speak English in Montreal - in fact, Montreal is the English bastion in Quebec. So you can go to university using English, in Montreal. But while you are there - learn a bit of French so you can explore the rest of La Belle Province. (Quebec)
