Cheap safe apartments in Philly.

Does anybody know nice cheap pet friendly apartments in Montreal?

I'm planning to get a puppy in December, but the apartment where i live now the landlord doesnt allow pets. Does anybody know a good website for pet friendly apartments? Most websites I go to don't have pet friendly apartments. I've tried going around my area searching for apartments but most landlords dont accept pets. I'm looking in the area of St-leonard, Rosemont or Anjou. I prefer to live in a tri-plex or in nice apartments. I'm looking for a 3 1/2 or 4 1/2.

its very difficult to find apartments that accept pets try www.craiglist.org if you try telling the landlord that your pet is small (if it is going to be small) they might be more accepting
