Is there an indoor water park near Montreal?

Train fare. Montreal to Deux Montagnes. To go to the Super Aqua Club.?

  • Hi All, I am going to Montreal the first weekend of August and a couple of us would like to go to the Super Aqua Club water park outside of Montreal. The directions said we can take the commuter train to Deux Montagnes, but I can't seem to figure out where we have to get the train, and how much is it each way? Also, the directions indicate that once we get to Deux Montagnes, we need to get on local city transit to get to the park. Anyone have a rough idea how much a taxi from the station to the park would be? Thanks for your help!

Wow... That looks like a lot of fun, huh?

Hey there, I assume you have found the info from here.. http://www.superaquaclub.com/html/directions1.html The train to Deux Montagnes leaves from the Gare Central which is in downtown Montreal. This is the station info (How is your french ?) http://www.amt.qc.ca/tc/train/gares/index.asp?nogare=1 If you click the link "Voir l'emplacement sur Google" you will get a street map. This is the fare structure for the line http://www.amt.qc.ca/tc/train/tarifs/index.asp?ligne=1 I think an adult ticket is $6.50 one way (remember that taxes are not usually included in prices) The Taxi should be about $18 based on this website which gives directions to a place a bit further from Deux Montagnes. (Pointe Calumet is on the maps on this site) http://www.abbayeoka.com/english/guestdetails.htm Good luck and hope you enjoy the visit !

You can catch the train from Central Station (Gare Centrale) in downtown Montreal. Adult fares are presently $6.50 from end to end (one way). The train has no conductors to sell you or check your tickets. It is on the honour system. You buy the ticket from a machine at the depot, and only have to show it if the security guards ask for it at the station where you get off. If you did not buy a ticket or don't have the ticket stub, you will receive a fine for using the service illegally. When you get off in the Terminus Deux Montagnes station, you can get a taxi that will take you the remainder of the way (two towns over to Point Calumet). You can also take the local bus service. You will want BUS # 80 that goes from St. Eustache to Point-Calumet. You will need to find out how much it costs as I think it is based on distance, but should be between $2.50 and $8.00 per person. Since you are at least two, the taxi may be less expensive.
