Are Indian nationals mostly pretty disgraceful?

Why do Indian nationals, especially South Indian women, have a rude habit of jumping queue?

• I've encountered in my trips to asian countries like Thailand and Malaysia many times of Indians, especially South Indian ladies, jumping queue. Some occasions were at the airport immigration or at a buffet restaurant. They don't even think it's rude and wrong to cut into the queue, especially when they're in a group of 3s or 4s. They like to pretend to talk to their friends and acted as if they are rightfully in the queue. Other rude encounters i have are the Indian ladies knocking into me and not apologising and they even have this cannot-be-bothered attitude. Is this type of experiences peculiar to me OR is this generally what Indian ladies behave back in India? Are they actually aware that it is an internationally-recognised practice and a polite gesture to queue up instead of jumping into any queue which they like ithout sparing a thought for those in the queue? Do they go through basic education? Why are they behaving in such a manner?

  I apologize. But its true ive experienced it too at the airport. Without even asking you. These people are uncultured and uneducated. They completely forget everything and it shows that they are practising it in their country. Its the same as some are traveling bringing plastic bags wraply with some ropes as if they going to the market. When they are going outside the country and have to pass an international airport. Its really amazing looking at such behaviors. They need orientation on manners and etiquttees.
