• Hey, can you guys give me more info on how to get from the HK airport to Lippo Centre, Tower One, which is on HK island in Victoria Harbour. I know there is some kind of a train going to some place and at certain point I need to change to subway which would take me somewhere in the very vicinity of this tower if not right under it. What is the name of the subway line and where do I transfer form that train to subway? Can you make any estimate on how fast you can make this journey?

  You can take the airport express train to Hong Kong Stn for only 23 min and walk to Central Stn via underground walkway (Exit B2 of HK Stn to Exit A of Central Stn) and transfer any line away from Central (Tsuen Wan line towards Tsuen Wan or Island line towards Chai Wan) and alight 1 stn after at Admiralty Stn. Exit thru Exit B and you can reach Lippo Ctr Tower One. AEL: HK$100, 23 min. Walk: 5 min. Wait: 3-7 min. MTR: HK$4, 3.6 if use Octopus, 3 min. Walk: 1-2 min. Total Est: 34-40 min, max 1 hr if includes waiting time for both AEL and MTR to arrive for you to catch and broad. A more direct and cheaper way is to take A11 from GTC to outside Admiralty Garden / Queensway Plaza, Queensway and walk backwards on the some road and its nearby. 7 Stops apart, HK$40, approx 1 hr.
