(((((((( !!!!! GO EASY ON THE CAPITAL LETTERS !!!! )))))))) Why not ask your parents to order them for you? I'm sure they won't mind if you give them the cash up front. Many online stores will also accept checks and postal orders but the simplest way would be to give your parents the cash and then they can place an order for you. How badly are your miniatures messed up? If the paint is too thick to respray over them without losing detail you can strip them back to bare metal or plastic by soaking them in Simple Green. http://www.heresy-online.net/forums/showthread.php?t=3339 Maelstrom Games is a good online store, it's based in the UK but shipping to the USA is free on most orders and they give discounts of 10-15%. http://www.maelstromgames.co.uk/

Well, first of all, if you're 15 then you really should have your own bank account by now, even if only somewhere to put birthday money and suchlike. Ordering online is generally done with a credit or debit card, which you usually need to be at least 16 to possess (different rules in different countries). But an alternative is PayPal. PayPal is a company owned and operated by eBay which essentially provides its own unique bank accounts into which people can pay with nothing more complicated than an email address (thus protecting your bank account details!). You'll need to ask your parents for help (and permission!), but if you've got old toys and stuff you don't want, you can sell it on eBay and take payments into a PayPal account. A lot of online retailers of GW products - including the aforementioned Maelstrom Games and stores in the US, like http://frpgames.com and Australia - will also take PayPal payments, either direct to their website or via direct sales on eBay. For cleaning old miniatures, if you're in the US, the popular kitchen and garage degreaser, Simple Green, is perfect. Soak for an hours (or overnight) and then remove with an old toothbrush. If you're in the EU, our degreasers aren't as powerful. I recommend a product from Phoenix Precision Paints, called SuperStrip. But it's fairly noxious stuff (albeit safe to wash down drains) and you'll need help handling it.
