Is it safe to travel to Indonesia?

Hi, i am looking to travel to Australia by boat from indonesia is this possible?

hi, i always wanted to travel by sea to Australia,i would like to how and where can i go from indonesia to darwin by sea.and how is the immigration in indonesia while departing and and arriving at darwin.Thanks

you can go by boat from Rote island at south of Timor island then go straight to darwin if you are willing to fight the current at Timor sea. if you are from west papua is too far to reach darwin. when you reach Australia border you need show your complete document otherwise you will treat as smuggler or terrorist and straight go to jail. good luck.
