How can I get drivers license in Guam?
-
I'm living in Japan. actually, I was born in Japan and I never live in the states. but I'm dual citizen JPN/US. I'm planning to try to get drivers license in Guam in this summer. Where I need to go to get drivers license? or, what I have to do to get drivers license? I got a SSN already. I appreciate any information. Thanks.

Answer:
Department of Revenue and Taxation in Barrigada. (Large building on the Left hand side of the road, at the top of the hill, if you are coming from the beaches.) You'll need your original SSN card, and then fill out the driver's license form. There's a quick vision test. They'll take a picture. If you do not have a valid US driver's license, you'll probably need to take at least a written test. (You may need to take a driver's test, also.) Other than standing in line, it works pretty well.
