Air Asia - food and drink?
-
Has anyone taken a long haul flight with Air Asia? If you have can you tell me what the restrictions are regarding food? - I know food isn't included in the ticket price but are you allowed to take your own food and drink onto the plane or are you only allowed to consume food bought in flight? How about drinks and what happens about the 100ml limit of fluids you can take on the plane?

Answer:
In theory you can't take your own food on Air Asia, but I guess how are they gonna stop you if you are discrete? Yes, you can only take limited liquid through security, but if you can find the right shop you could always buy drinks air-side in the airport. But my experience with Air Asia is that food and drinks are not expensive - and you can prebook them at good prices.
