Where are the cheapest hospitals?

China has the cheapest hospitals but they generally have very low standards of medical training, facilities, and overall patient care. India, Thailand and Malaysia are the three most popular medical tourist destinations. All have good facilities, but Thai hospitals have become very greedy over the past several years, so I seldom use them anymore. I have not been to India so would have to give the highest marks to Malaysia for quality and value, both of which seem to be better than Thailand.
