Have you ever been to Fiji?

Have you ever been to fiji?

  • 1) what are your favourite places in Fiji?? 2) is there a way to get to Nadi from Suva by bus? 3) my real question is: Are the roads safe there??

  • Answer:

Hi, Yes, I have been to Fiji. 1) SavuSavu, on Vanua Levu. I recommend that you stay at Koro Sun Resort, I love it there! 2) Yes, There is. Not sure if you can look it up. You can take either a Taxi, or most likely a Bula Bus. I recommend taking a taxi. 3) Yes, the roads are REALLY SAFE! It is 1000 times safer than Mexico in my opinion! Everyone is really friendly and helpful! I wouldn't recommend staying on the main island though. Go with a smaller island. I recommend SavuSavu, on Vanua Levu, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL THERE! Hope I Helped and best of luck! Okay it is NOT unsafe! lol... My family has been there 8 times, each time my mom older sister and I have gone places alone, and never felt unsafe! The main island is less safe in my opinion, but still isn't bad. I recommend that you go places, don't just stay in your resort the whole time!

I have been to fiji and it was amazing. I never really ventured out of my resort. I stayed in the Fiji Beach Resort and Spa and it was beautiful. The only times I was out of the resort was to and from the airport and when i went skydiving which i would definitely recommend. The views were gorgeous. Although I cant really answer your questions, when I was in taxis, outside it was a bit run down but it didnt look unsafe. But, in any country, there is always a bad place.

I've been to Fiji and can say it was a nice place to visit. There is a bus that goes from Nadi to Suva. Much easier to fly there though and it's not too expensive (if you don't mind bumpy plane rides in small aircraft). The roads are safe enough and I must say that the taxis in Fiji are amongst the cheapest in the world. You feel like you're cheating the cab driver when he asks you for so little for cab fare!
