What is the relationship between Pakistan and Bangladesh?

Are there cheap flights from Bangladesh to pakistan and from bangladesh to usa?

• The deal is I need to get a pakistan visa and the only way i can get it is to go back to my home country the usa to get it. I have tried to get it at about 5 countries in asia asking by phone and NONE will give it to me. Only the usa. THe pakistan consulate in the usa seems pretty mad about this but what can we do? Anyways so im going to Bangladesh and if I want to fly to the usa and come straight back which airline would be the cheapest and which is the cheapest from Bangladesh to Pakistan? WOuld it be cheaper going to Nepal then from Nepal to Pakistan?

I think the concept of cheap international air travel in this region is a dream.All flights to Europe and the US are virtually full,no one can provide you with a definite answer that you seek.The cheapest way for you to travel from BD to Pakistan is via train across India to Amritsar and then cross over to Lahore on foot and take any other available mode of transportation within Pakistan.Travel from Nepal to Pakistan again would be cheaper via the Indian Railways.
