Where can I go to get a Pen-Pal from South East Asia?

• Hello! I am a seventeen year-old American White-boy, and I'm interested in speaking with someone on a regular basis from South-East Asia in my age group. :3 I'm not looking for some sort of scam, a creepy rapist, or any creepy business whatsoever. I would simply like to know where I can get a pen-pal to email/skype on a regular basis, that is in my age group (16-20) and knows a little bit of English, and preferably some Mandarin. It is especially difficult for me to find something like this, as there is a language barrier--most of my foreign friends online are from Europe. I do know a little bit of Mandarin, which could definitely use some work-- so that could help! Please! If you know anyone who would like to communicate with me, from the South-East Asia area, or a website where I could easily find someone like that... inform me!
