How do I get train tickets from Hanoi to Sapa?

I am arriving in Hanoi on 03/06/11, but want to head out to Sapa the following day. Ideally, I would like to have the train tickets booked before that, but I do NOT want a full tour. I've been looking around for travel agents but can't seem to find ones that JUST get the train tickets (which is what I want, both ways). Any ideas? Or, should I just arrange my trip so that I can buy the tickets one day before in Hanoi train station? Thanks!!!

if you are staying at the hotels in hanoi,then ask the front counter or the reception desk for more info..i am sure they will provides it you. good luck
