How much should I pay to study in A-Level?

Im studying Alevel now.Im from vietnam.I want to study university in the US.DO i need come back VN to get visa?

I'm studying A level.I'm from Vietnam .I will finish A level course next year. I want to study university in the US. As everyone know, all vietnamese student have to come back Vietnam to have interview to get visa student. I talked to the lawyer in the us. He said he can help me that I dont need to come back vietnam to have interview. The only thing i need to do is that sending all my documents to US embassy in the UK. And then i can get visa. Do you know any exceptional situation like this? I really your advice Thanks in advance. :confused:

I have no idea, I'm vietnamese and I have been in the US my whole life. My cousin is in your situation, so I can ask but make sure you look into it and it is not a scam.
