Can anyone please tell me what is the meaning of this Vietnamese song in this music video ?

I've been listening to this song for months already and i really don't know it's real meaning. It is an Vietnamese song by 2 famous artists and they sang it on this live show in Long Beach Terrace Theater. I've also heard and listened to this song that was singed by other artist's cover version when i was little. Can anyone please explain to me what is the real meaning of this song ??
