You're not giving us many clues. Where do you want to stay and how much is ''cheap''? P.S. You won't find too many people wanting to lease you an apartment for just 1 month and if they do they'll jack the price up. You're better off staying at one of the mini hotels. Find yourself a hotel to stay at for the first couple of days then look around for something that suits you. And always remember to negotiate the price down. The longer you stay the lower the price. In your case I'd be looking at a week. If you like it, stay longer, if you don't, find something else, they're everywhere. P.S.S. Always take the rooms furtherist from the lift well.

At your budget, it's extremely hard to find one. However, for just a little more, say 444 pounds, you can get a rather nice one at the New Time Apts on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Blvd in District 3.
